Rather than treating design as surface-level decoration, she continually asks “Why?”, seeking intentional solutions that respond to both users’ perspectives and clients’ challenges. Recently, she has been enjoying collecting tableware, shaping her living space, and visiting artists’ exhibitions. She is inspired by actress Hana Sugisaki’s words: “Rather than devoting my life to work, I want to devote my life to living, and let that flow into my work.” By making time to eat well, sleep well, and enrich her everyday life, she pays close attention to what she feels and what naturally draws her in. Her goal is to cultivate her own sensibility through these subtle shifts in emotion and experience, allowing design to emerge naturally as a by-product of a well-lived life.
