Executive Director, Senior Gestalter / Born in 1993 in Izumo, Shimane, Japan. With a deep interest in the ideas and cultures that shape organizations and businesses, he specializes in uncovering their essential value and reason for being through dialogue with both leadership and people on the ground. He has worked with a wide range of brands, from startups to publicly listed companies and across diverse industries, leading projects from brand strategy and concept development through to experience design. Working across strategy, design, and content, he places particular importance on understanding not only what is visible, but also the values, contexts, and meanings that lie beneath the surface. When traveling, he enjoys observing local landscapes, architecture, and ways of life, and is continually inspired by the cultures and aesthetic sensibilities that people have cultivated over generations. His car of choice is a Volvo 240 Sedan.
